Do you have other products other than those on the website?
Yes.  Our products on the site are constantly updated, and we have new products added to the site every day.  We are also able to source virtually any product you require, so no matter how bizarre or unusual you may feel you desired product is, the chance are, we can supply it to you.  To discuss your requirements further, please do not hesitate to contact us by calling 0116 261 68 95 

Can I see what my purchase will look like before production?
Yes.  As the UKs creative solution for promotional merchandise, we offer a FREE artwork visualisation service with all orders.  Simply request a pre production visual when placing your order and we will visualise your logo/design onto your requested item(s) at no extra charge.  This will be emailed to you prior to any production taking place.  As long as you can approve the visual within 24 hours of receiving it from us, your estimated delivery date will not be effected.

Can I receive an actual product sample prior to purchase?
Yes.  To receive a sample of any of our products, please call 0116 261 68 95 to discuss your requirements.  All samples will be charged at there lowest unit price or to a minimum of £5 (whichever is the greatest).  Postage charges will also apply.

How do I place my order?
To order any products from our website simply click on the 'Add to Enquiry' button next to each product and complete the form with your details. Upon receipt of this information one of our team will contact you to confirm your specific requirements and will then prepare detailed costings which will be emailed back to you. Once you are happy with the costings and any visuals which may have been prepared for you FREE of charge, we will send across the relevant order paperwork. Once we have received your confirmed order we will prepare your final artwork which will be emailed to you for you to approve. Upon receipt of your approved artwork this will then go to our production team who will process your order in line with the pre-agreed delivery dates. 

What if I need help with my logo or design? 
As the UKs creative solution for promotional merchandise, we offer a FREE artwork and design service with every order placed with us.  You may just have an idea, a scribble on the back of a napkin, or a fax of a fax of a fax! Whatever you have at hand, we will produce your logo or design totally FREE of charge.  This service is unlike any of our competitors.  We will work with you to ensure you are happy with any logo or design prior to any production taking place.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the product.  When placing your order, you will receive an estimated delivery date and we will keep you informed of progress throughout the order.  If you have a specific deadline in mind, please do not hesitate to contact us by calling 0116 261 68 95 and we will do all we can to meet your requirements.  Alternatively please look through our Express Delivery section for our 24, 48 and 72 hour turnaround deals. 

What is an 'origination' charge?
An origination is a process of producing your logo/design ready for print/embroidery/engraving onto your selected product.  Usually, an origination charge is applied per colour, so if you have a three colour print onto a pen, you will be charged for three originations.  Origination charges differ depending on the method of personalisation and the product you have requested.  Unlike any other promotional merchandise company, we offer your first origination FREE of charge with any new order to the value of £500 or more.  If your logo/design is one colour, you will pay no origination charges on your order.  If your logo/design is two or more colours, you will get the first colour FREE and only pay for subsequent colours and positions.

What if there there is a problem when I receive my order?
Mistakes and errors are a rare occurrence at Mustard Merchandise.  That said, we understand that mistakes do happen and we pride ourselves on being able to resolve them with the minimum of fuss.  It isn't the problem, it is how we deal with the problem that matters and therefore in the rare situation that a problem occurs, we will go that extra mile to make you, our client, happy!
